Below is a detailed breakdown of the preventative steps we are taking to ensure the health and safety of our customers. We have also gone into further detail on some of the new methods we are using to make car sales and service easier than ever before.
Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:
First we're ensuring that most surfaces you’ll inevitably come into contact with are as free of contaminants as possible. We’ve instructed our cleaning crews to continuously clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces throughout the day. You’ll likely see our cleaning staff sanitizing surfaces including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more, during your visit.
Next thing we’re doing is giving you the availability to police your own sanitization. There are many items you’ll probably handle during your visit. Items that have a tendency to be passed around frequently. So we’ve added hand sanitizer stations around our showroom and office areas. We highly recommend using them after handling items such as keys, pens, clipboards, etc.
Our third main step we’ve taken is to recommend staying at home if you are sick. We’ve already mandated our staff to remain at home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, and ask that you do the same.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
These are just some of the steps we’ve taken. We may have further guidelines based on CDC recommendations. We ask you please follow any guidelines posted, along with these preventative measures to keep Beaman Buick GMC a safe and reliable buying environment.
You shouldn’t have to sacrifice an enjoyable and convenient buying experience to protect your health. Online shopping has a tendency to be pretty limiting, especially when it comes to cars. So we’ve created a couple of programs that will help to support those who prefer to shop online at Beaman Buick GMC.

This saves you the trip and potential exposure when you’ve finished up the buying process and it’s time to get your new Buick, GMC, or used car. Instead, one of our team members will bring your brand new car directly to you! And since the entire buying process can be done 100% online, there’s absolutely no need for you to come to us at all!
Another program we’ve added helps those who are looking to give their car a bit of TLC. Our all new service pick-up program keeps you from having to come into our service center to drop off and wait for your car to be done. Now, you can just schedule a service appointment, along with a time and location for the pickup, and one of our team members will be there to pick up your car for you! If you need a loaner, we’ll set you up with one as well. Once our expert technicians are all finished, we’ll return your car to you, washed and disinfected!

Of course, getting a new car delivered to your door is pointless without a way to try it out first. Well, we’ve thought of that as well. Thanks to the all new at-home test drive, you won’t have to just chance it when shopping for a car online. Now, you can try any car you find without having to come into the dealership to do so!
Our at-home test drive allows you to have any car you find delivered right to your driveway. Just let us know the time and location, and as long as it’s within 20 miles of our Broadway Nashville location, we’ll be by to drop it off to you. From there, you can drive it around wherever you want, from your neighborhood to around Nashville, if you like. When you’re done, depending on whether you like the car or not, you can choose to move forward with it or send it back to us.
